Covered in glitter and crumbs. Waking up to maracas and fairy wings. Pockets full of rubber bands and dandelions. Buried under book piles. Dirty hands with homemade kombucha. Coffee in the rain. Waiting for that sacred scrap of silence.

a new hat
This pattern, from Taproot magazine again, was fun and easy. I started it right before Christmas and it took about a week. I told Brixton it was for him but it actually fits all of us, weird as that is. It's the all-purpose family hat.
