another fun sunny day with the Bailey Coy kids club; aka Leela, Sid, Jasper, Justin, Meridian and their parents. The older kids had bubbles and a wadding pool, but Unity was content to play with her feet. She's wearing the bonnet that her Great-Grandma Rene made.

If there's one thing my family is good at (and indeed there are many), it's taking photos. Here's some more from the recent visit. These include: Unity playing with Uncle Michael's drumsticks, holding the pillow that Great Aunt Nancy made for her, wearing Great Grandpa Bob's clothes from 1913, and walking with Grandpa Bill at Seward Park.

Guel was able to join us for a fathers' day celebration. Unity did some craft projects with Grandma Cindy to give as presents. She and Grandma Cindy bonded over Dr. Seuss. fun and frolic was had by all.

Green Lake

more weekend fun..this time we had a picnic at green lake with some more of Polly's school friends, including Robin and her son Izel who is six months old. the babies played, well, sat and looked at each other, and then it was nap time for everyone.

Sunday Morning

Unity has been very busy lately. She's been practicing sitting up. She paid the check (thanks baby!)
She went to Deb's party and hung out with Deb, and with Arthur who is the same age she is.
She rested in bed with her parents, so she can get ready for more weekend fun later.

Matias & Unity

Our good friends Matias & Alex are visiting from New York City this week. We all got to hang out yesterday for a bit. Here's a picture of Matias & Unity. I'm sure there will be more to come!

Grilling and Goofing

This weekend we went over to Megan and CP's for some tasty summer fare. Megan thinks Unity has grown a lot since the birth. She should know, she was there! Chris praticed some multi-tasking and Unity, well, she thinks it's ok to wear a rattle on your head.
